Expert chess instructors from Fraser Valley Chess Academy are bringing our kid-friendly chess program to Academics PreKindergarten South Surrey! FVCA is a chess academy located in Langley City, providing chess lessons, camps, and after-school programs to chess players of all ages and skill level. We are also one of the largest tournament organizer in BC.
The chess program will be weekly 30-minutes sessions starting May 2025. Kids will learn the basics of chess through our proprietary chess curriculum, fun classroom activities, friendly competitions and home work assigned on our student portal. Open to all students age 3 – 5. Depending on the number of entries, they will be separated into their own age group.
Venue: Academics PreKindergarten South Surrey, Suite #100 15300 Croydon Drive, Surrey, BC
Dates: Â Every Wednesday, May 14th – June 25th, 2025, 7 sessions
Program fee: $250
What the program fee includes:
– 7 in-person 30 min sessions
– Chess equipment for all students to be used in the classroom.
– Classroom study materials/ practice sheets etc.
– Home practice student portal and curriculum access
– Administrative fees
– Tax inclusive
