1. The fees charged is by number of sessions and not monthly. If there are more than 4 sessions conducted in a month, additional fees will be due.
2. In the event of a session cancellation from FVCA due to a public holiday, Chess tournament or other circumstances like sickness/ weather, student will not be charged for that day and the session will carry forward.
3. Fees once paid is non-refundable.
4. If the student is absent in a group lesson, the session will be counted as done and study materials will be shared with them in the next class.
5. If a student is absent in a private lesson where they are the only attendee, then it will be considered to be carry forward with prior communication with the coach.
6. Batch timings, fees and locations are subject to change due to various factors and students/ parents will be given sufficient notice and reasonable time to plan ahead.
7. You are welcome to change batches/ locations with prior discussion with your coach.
