FVCA is excited to host yet another term of the after-school Chess program at Fraser Valley School. The registrations are now OPEN on a first come, first serve basis. Registration deadline is 5th April, 2024. New students who could not attend the term 1 or 2 sessions are also welcome to sign up in this term. We ensure that the students are divided by skill level during the classroom activities.

Below are the details of the program:

Start date: 10th April, 2024
End date: 29th May, 2024
Total number of sessions in this term: 8 (Each session is 60 min).
Registration fee: $150 (inclusive of all taxes).

Runs every Wednesday after school at both campuses with the below timings:
Clayton campus: 3pm to 4pm.
Cloverdale campus: 3:15pm to 4:15pm.

Please do not forget to register for the BC Inter-School Chess Championship that is coming up at Trinity Western University, Langley on June 1st & 2nd, 2024. It is a great opportunity for students to represent their school at this annual event, with various team and individual prizes to be won. All participants receive a certificate of appreciation:
