Master Tournament Prep Camp – Registration Page

FVCA is excited to be partnering with Juniors to Masters Chess Academy Inc. and two chess masters to offer a master boot camp this Spring. Fill out the form below to register and learn from some of the best!

Location: Fraser Valley Chess Academy, Unit #108 20486 64 Ave, Langley, BC V2Y 2V5
Days: Select Sundays, 10:30am to 2pm (3.5 hours)
Fee: $299 + GST ($50 per lesson, with pizza lunch provided)

Sunday Dates:  April 12th, April 26th, May 3rd, May 24th, June 14th, June 21th, 2026.
Timing (in PST):  10:30am to 12pm / 12pm to 12:30pm Pizza lunch break / 12:30pm to 2pm

Two Group Levels: 
Group 1: CFC rating 1100 to 1599
Group 2: CFC rating 1600 and above

One time student set-up fee

Price: $25.00

The one time fee covers the cost of student portal setup and administrative charges.

Terms & Conditions *

• Yes, I have read, understood and agree to the below terms & conditions.

1. The fees charged is by number of sessions and not monthly. If there are more than 4 sessions conducted in a month, additional fees will be due.
2. In the event of a session cancellation from FVCA due to a public holiday, Chess tournament or other circumstances like sickness/ weather, student will not be charged for that day and the session will carry forward.
3. Fees once paid is non-refundable.
4. If the student is absent in a group lesson, the session will be counted as done and study materials will be shared with them in the next class.
5. If a student is absent in a private lesson where they are the only attendee, then it will be considered to be carry forward with prior communication with the coach.
6. Batch timings, fees and locations are subject to change due to various factors and students/ parents will be given sufficient notice and reasonable time to plan ahead.
7. You are welcome to change batches/ locations with prior discussion with your coach.
