1.If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the student or their parent/ guardian should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance. This notification should be done through an email to [email protected] or SMS (text message) to 778-558-3796. Phone calls may get missed and we request avoiding verbal notification. 2.The monthly pass fees charged is by number of sessions and not monthly. If there are more than 4 sessions conducted in a month, additional fees will be due. 3. In the event of a session cancellation from FVCA due to a public holiday, Chess tournament or other circumstances like sickness/ weather, student will not be charged for that day and the session will carry forward.
