Policies and Guidelines:

1. By entering the venue premises, you consent your student/ child to being photographed or recorded in videos. This footage may be used for internal references, social media marketing, or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, recorded, or promoted, you can contact us via email at [email protected], and we will accommodate your request respectfully. 2. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis for paid students only. 3. Full refund can be requested via email before the program starts. 4. After the program starts, cancellation can be accepted within the first 2 weeks with a pro-rated refund for balance sessions. 5. From week 3, there will be no refunds issued for cancellation/ drop-outs. 6. An administrative & processing fee of $50 is deducted for all refunds (full/ partial). 7. No refunds or credits for regular student absence, unless there is a long leave of absence due to emergency. 8. All walk-home permissions/ consent must be in writing only. Verbal requests shall not be accepted. If you need to change the student's walk-home permission later on, please email us at [email protected]. 9.
