Free Trial/ Assessment Booking Form

Welcome to the FREE trial booking form. Kindly fill out the form below and upon submission you will receive a confirmation email.
Each trial session is 45-min in duration and we provide all equipment/ materials necessary for the session.

We are offering 30 minute free trials at our back to school open house taking place at our Langley (Head Office) location on Sept. 13th 2025. Select the option in the form below to RSVP for the open house.

– If your trial is in-person, your date and time selected in the booking form will be auto-confirmed, hence no follow-up is required and you may attend the trial.
– If you have requested an online trial, our team will reach out to set up a date and time slot.
– If you would like to set up a trial for multiple children/ siblings, we ask that you please fill out the trial request form for each child separately.
– If your trial date falls on one of our major tournament events, our team will contact you to reschedule the trial.
– If you need to cancel or reschedule you trial for any reason, you can let our team know by replying to the confirmation email or contact [email protected].
– We are closed on all statutory holidays, hence no trials will be available during this time.
