Crescent Heights Fall 2026 Chess After-School Program

We are excited to welcome back the students at Crescent Heights after the summer break! The Chess program at Crescent Heights for the Fall 2026 term is now open for registration. The programs is proudly organized by Fraser Valley Chess Academy. The Registration deadline is Sep 26th, 2026.

Even more exciting news for chess students: in 2027, Fraser Valley Chess Academy is hosting the BC Youth Chess Championship 2027 on Jan 23rd & 24th, 2027! This year we are hosting this event at the Executive Vancouver Airport Hotel, 7311 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC. Bring your chess friends, compete as a team, and win prizes! This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain experience and receive a valuable Classical rating. If you would like to join, you can register directly from our tournaments page.

Terms & Conditions:
– Registration will be on a first come first serve basis for paid students only. 
– Full refund can be requested via email before the program starts. A $50 admin + processing fee deduction shall apply on all refunds. 
– After the program starts, cancellation can be accepted within the first 2 weeks with a pro-rated refund for balance sessions.  
– From week 3, there will be no refunds issued for cancellation/ drop-outs. 
– No refunds or credits for regular student absence, unless there is a long leave of absence due to emergency.

Policies and Guidelines:

1. By entering the venue premises, you consent your student/ child to being photographed or recorded in videos. This footage may be used for internal references, social media marketing, or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, recorded, or promoted, you can contact us via email at [email protected], and we will accommodate your request respectfully.
2. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis for paid students only.

8. All walk-home permissions/ consent must be in writing only. Verbal requests shall not be accepted. If you need to change the student's walk-home permission later on, please email us at [email protected].
9.
