École Brantford Spring 2026 Chess After-School Program

We are excited to welcome back the students at École Brantford after the spring break! The Chess program at École Brantford for the Spring 2026 term is now open for registration. The programs is proudly organized by Fraser Valley Chess Academy. Registration deadline is April 6th, 2026. Register using the form below.

All Grade 3 to 5 students are eligible to enroll regardless of whether you participated in our programs previously.

Ideal for students with no or limited prior knowledge of chess (beginner to intermediate) who want to develop their problem-solving skills or take the first steps toward exploring the amazing and limitless world of CHESS—undoubtedly the most popular board game in the world.

This program not only educates students to learn Chess as a game, but it also nurtures logical thinking, helps builds concentration, and inculcates the habit of making calculated & informed decisions. At FVCA, we preach that all the learnings in our sessions helps students in their day-to-day life to progress as an individual beyond the game. All equipment and learning materials are provided by us – just bring your best self to the classroom!

Each term concludes with a friendly chess tournament at the school. The top 3 players will receive medals and a free entry to our quarterly students championship where kids from various schools get a chance to showcase their skills for bigger rewards and an official chess rating.
